Golf in Mayo

Mayo is world renowned for its famous Parklands and Links golf courses, most of Mayo's Golf Courses, especially links, are open all year round. However, courses are in best condition and weather is most suitable for golfing from April to October. In summer, daylight hours can stretch up to 10pm so two rounds and a lazy lunch can easily fit into a day. For green fees, most clubs offer special rates for visitors and groups, so be sure to ask about any special offers when booking.  We've created a list below of the 3 nearest golf courses to us here at McWilliam Park Hotel.

With each of these fabulous Golf courses in Mayo we have exclusively agreed green fees for our guests.

Don't take our word for it,

We stayed in the Mc William for one night on a golfing trip. Very friendly welcome. Room was clean and had all that we needed. Had a delicious meal in the bar followed by a number of beautiful pints of guinness. Great breakfast the next morning served by two lovely ladies. We played Two beautiful golf courses in Ballinrobe and Claremorris. Should be promoted more. Overall a very happy stay in a very friendly hotel.
