Adrian – Evolve Health & Fitness Manager

I have over 12 years experience in the Fitness & Leisure Industry and have just taken on the role as Leisure Centre Manager in the wonderful Mcwilliam Park Hotel. I am extremely passionate about fitness, especially teaching group classes, and helping people achieve their fitness goals. 

I studied sports management in UCD, I am also a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports massage therapist.

I have played football in the league of Ireland with Galway Utd, UCD and Dublin city, I have four international caps for Ireland under 18s and was a member of the under 20 world cup squad.

At weekends you will find me running up mountains or attempting to surf.

Clare

Clare is a Part-Time Leisure Centre Cleaner who joined the team in March 2019. Her main responsibility is to help maintain the cleanliness of the facilities, whilst ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment for all our members and guests.
