Evolve Health and Fitness Club offers a modern 18 metre heated indoor swimming pool for your full enjoyment during your stay or as a member. Our pool level is 1.2m deep suitable for all swimming abilities and non-swimmers to feel comfortable in. Our Leisure centre includes a fully equipped gym to keep you on top of your health goals during your stay or as our member.
For people wishing to join, you can of course do so simply by visiting us onsite during our below opening hours. You can feel at ease joining with our friendly, professional and qualified staff, particularly if it is your first time.
Once you have signed up with Evolve Health and Fitness Club we can help you reach your target whether it be to lose weight, build muscle or improve fitness by designing a programme to meet your requirements and fitness level specifically. Constant attention and help will be offered from then forward with regular fitness assessments available should you require.

Note: Swim Hats must be worn in the pool at all times
Opening Hours
Monday – Saturday: 7.00 am – 21.00 pm
Under 16's until 20.00 pm
Sunday: 8.00 am – 20:00 pm
Bank Holidays: 8.00 am – 20:00 pm
Please note:
Children under the age of 16, must be supervised at all times by an Adult
Babies up to 4 years - (Ratio 1:1 or 2:1 for children wearing suitible buoyancy aid eg. arm-bands, swim vests)
5 - 12 years - (Ratio 2:1)
13 - 16 years - (Ratio 2:1 or 3:1 at the discretion of the team)
