The McWilliam Leisure Centre & Spa is designed with luxury and comfort in mind with our state-of-the-art spacious leisure centre and the haven of relaxation that is our Chique Spa.

Our leisure centre includes a modern gym, 18m heated pool, children's play pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Classes are run throughout the year and our experienced leisure team are on hand to provide assistance with programmes and assessments.

Aqua Aerobics

Aqua aerobics is a form of resistance training so this type of exercise is an excellent way to burn off fat and build strength and aerobic capacity. It is a low impact class, which uses water as a resistance. Aqua Aerobics involves a series of exercises performed to music in water and is an effective way to help with weight loss and tone the body.

It is a beneficial way of training for both men and women of all fitness levels, including pre and post-natal women, the elderly and those in rehabilitation. Aqua aerobics or aqua fit exercises are a great way to build up strength and flexibility while supporting the body and reducing the risk of muscle or joint injury.
